Manchester Independent Economic Review
The MIER is a ground-breaking piece of research and analysis that provides an independent view of the Manchester City Region’s economy and its future. Chaired by independent economists and business leaders, the MIER provides thought-provoking evidence for the city region, and has become the basis of the future priorities of Greater Manchester, as detailed in the Greater Manchester Strategy.
