Coaching for Workplace Wellbeing Leads – 3rd November 2011, Manchester
One day coaching / skills training – including managing up, balancing conflicting priorities and making health a priority for your organisation. Places are limited.

Line Manager Training: Mental Health and Employment – 10th November 2011, Manchester
This one day course offers an introduction to mental health and employment for line managers, covering how to recognise and address early signs of stress, distress and mental health conditions at work; developing practical strategies to support staff through effective sickness absence management and return to work; developing practical strategies to help employees retain employment and carry out their role effectively; and maintaining mentally healthy practices in the workplace. Places are limited.

Workplace Well-being Conference – March 2011
Workshops will include: partnerships with prime contractors; workplaces and alcohol; mental health and work; public sector efficiency and workplace health; and new strategic approaches.

Absence Management and Having Difficult Conversations – 10th November 2011, Manchester
This training session will cover how to have difficult conversations, especially around absence management. Recommended for line managers, but available to all.
