16-19 Participation Influence activity to develop the provision and access to training and education opportunities for young people aged 16-19, including delivery of full participation by all young people (16 – 18) in appropriate learning, leading to their successful transition into further learning/employment and supporting Greater Manchester local authorities to meet statutory responsibilities for post-16.
City Deal As part of Greater Manchester’s City Deal, agreement has been reached with Government on a range of measures to secure much greater levels of impact of the Skills system on the local economy and to develop new markets and opportunities for Greater Manchester skills providers with local employers and residents.
